Dr. GrittersLyndon S. Gritters, M.D.

Lyndon S. Gritters, M.D received his Medical Degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Iowa City, IA, in 1989.  While there, he was the recipient of the Lange Medical Publications Award, the William R. Wilson Award for Exceptional Accomplishment in Internal medicine, the Merck Manual Award for Superior Scholastic Achievement, and he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Gritters trained in Internal Medicine and Nuclear Medicine at the University Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI.  He trained in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and at Texas Children’s Hospital, both in Houston, TX.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Gritters authored a book on comparative chordate anatomy called the “The Anatomy of Gallus Domesticus.”  While in training, he also co-authored several peer reviewed publications and pioneered the use of PET scanning in the staging of melanoma patients. 
Dr. Gritters received triple board certification from the American Board of Radiology, the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, and the Certification Council of Nuclear Cardiology in 1996.  He is Chairman of the Department of Radiology and the Radiation Safety officer at WCA Hospital and is a partner of Jamestown Radiologists, PC.  His practice focus includes Women’s Imaging and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Peter Nicholson

Dr. Peter Nicholson is a native of Syracuse, NY and graduated medical school from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Nicholson completed his Radiology Residency at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, WV and was a Professor of Radiology at Wake Forrest University in Winston Salem, NC. Dr. Nicholson is a well-rounded and experienced Radiologist who is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology. He interprets numerous modalities and is a member of the American College of Radiology. Dr. Nicholson and his wife Beth have 4 beautiful children and one grandchild. In his free time Dr. Nicholson enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife and their dog.


Dr. Corey Daniels

Dr. Corey Daniels a native of Austin, TX, graduated medical school from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth TX, before moving to Peoria, IL to attend his Internal Medicine Internship at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Peoria. Dr. Daniels recently completed his Radiology Residency at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Peoria and then went on to complete his Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship in Houston, TX at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Corey Daniels and his wife, Jennifer, have five children ranging from the ages of seven years to new born. In his free time Dr. Daniels enjoys playing soccer, exercising and most importantly spending time with his wife and children.


Dr. Pratik Mavani

Dr. Pratik Mavani, MD is a native of Matawan, NJ and graduated medical school from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Mavani recently completed his Radiology Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey and then went on to complete his Abdominal Imaging Fellowship in Philadelphia, PA at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Pratik Mavani was a Sergeant in the US Army Reserves and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He and his wife, who is also a physician, recently relocated to the western NY area.  In his free time, Dr. Mavani enjoys traveling, popular culture, and spending time with family and friends.
